Pics2Phones is an easy-to-use Windows application that lets you enhance and personalize photographs, properly resize them, and quickly transfer them to your cell phone, PDA, or any mobile device. Simply tell Pics2Phones what phone you're using, and the software automatically creates the appropriate images. Pics2Phones can work with any image local or Internet or use the online library of clip art included with Pics2Phones.
