IconUtils is a complete icon and cursor solution. With this package you can express your artistic nature and create your own unique icons, convert existing images and use them as icons, give the unique look and feel to your desktop, customize the icons used to display various folders to be able to distinguish them at a glance.
Use ArtIcons to find and extract, edit, import and export icons and manage icon libraries.
