CamPSA is a program for the Windows operating system that monitors the video signal from one camera and is able to detect if a significant part of the picture selections has changed. CamPSA uses Windows Multimedia device for detection movement. It makes snapshots of the movement under jpeg format, making it usable as an observation or security system. It can send out a wav sound or send the jpg file on a client when detecting motion.
